The actor has received an arrest warrant from the authorities.

Specifically, Tyrese Gibson is accused of regularly letting loose 4 aggressive Cane Corso dogs (also known as Italian mastiffs) in the neighborhood without a leash. As a result, one of the actor’s dogs attacked and “sent” the neighbor’s pet – a small Cavalier King Charles Spaniel to the other world.
The Fulton County Veterinary Department, Atlanta (USA) condemned: “This is the negligence of Tyrese Gibson as a homeowner and a dog owner. Now, his pet has killed an innocent animal”.
On September 22, when the authorities asked to hand over four dogs, Tyrese Gibson refused and asked for a few more days to make arrangements.
After the incident, Tyrese Gibson announced that he was ready to hand over his pet dog to the authorities but asked for an extension of 3-4 days. However, the police said that the Fast And Furious actor was not at home at the moment and the dog had been moved elsewhere.
In a call with the police, the 46-year-old actor admitted that his dog had bitten his neighbor’s dog, Henry, to death.
According to information updated on Tyrese Gibson’s social media, he is currently recovering in Dubai and plans to stay there until November.
